craft time

I've been real into Halloween this year....well every year to be honest. I give all credit to Martha Stewart's Halloween Handbook for this year's excitement. Everything in this book is amazing. I began my Halloween crafting with the Beckoning Black Cat. I gave him a red mouth and will insert a light into the back to make it glow. Who needs some candy? Adrian made the Vampire Bat Pinata which is going to look very scary flying threw the air!!! I love pinatas and I love Halloween and the fact that those two things have been combined in this book is enough to leave me speechless.

My nephew is just about to be 6mo and he is the prince of our family. I am totally goo goo over him. It's pretty ridiculous. He looks so much like my brother in this picture and I love it.
